In March, Wise Wives leaned into the theme of Communication and Connection. We reflected on how powerful words are in shaping the atmosphere of our homes and influencing the direction of our lives.
Communication and Connection at Home
In personal relationships, the words we choose can significantly Marriage is a daily rhythm of words. Respectful, life-giving language builds intimacy, while careless words create distance. For our children, words are identity-shaping. Every conversation has the potential to teach them who they are, who God is, and how they should treat others.
Communication in Prayer
Prayer is communication too — the most important kind. The devotional reminded us that prayer is not a script, but an honest connection with our Father. Sometimes we speak; sometimes we simply listen. In that sacred space, our words find alignment with God’s will.
The Speaking Life Devotional Experience
Beyond the daily readings, we invited everyone with the devotional into a 4-week community experience. Every Saturday at 8 a.m., we gathered to reflect on the milestone days:

Those sessions were practical and deeply personal. Women shared testimonies of how even small changes in language shifted the atmosphere of their homes and workplaces.

“Communication and Connection” wasn’t just a theme for March. It’s something we carry forward. Every word spoken to our husbands, children, colleagues, or friends has weight. The choice before us is always the same: will this word build, or will it break?
